1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Tesseron Group Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our websites and services. By accessing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise indicated, the websites, services, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For services that require payment, we use Stripe as our payment processor. By providing a payment method, you agree that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your transaction.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Tesseron Group Inc. or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Tesseron Group Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
